Just now recalling, as anti-DEI hysteria runs asmaug, that I kept a one page brief on EEOC's first issue on what constituted discrimination, in 1978 if I recall, in my briefcase, when they published the idea of the 4/5's rule.
Here's the deal though, Reagan "deregulated" telecoms and turned my 1rst Class FCC license into scrap paper, yet the EEOC ruling turned me into a made-man, because nobody in my department could do fractions. Almost the same year. DEI and me, we go way back!
