I recently started drinking coffee again, and after much experimentation, have finally come up with a method for brewing a perfect cup.

@keenan I use a similar method but with a V60 most days instead of a Chemex, and my spring is in a cave I access through my garage and a “National Treasure”-esque series of stairs.
