Wow. So Windows 11 really is kind of borked if you

A- create local accounts that you don't allow it to connect to an online account and

B- have multiple local accounts you switch between

I think because of the way they shoehorned OneDrive into it so that it wants your Documents, Pictures, etc storage locations to be on OneDrive by default.
