The bleak takeaway I got from experts of "just don't drive a car with these modern features" if you don't want your car to be an oversharing machine on wheels will forever live rent-free in my head: https://www.cars.com/articles/how-to-keep-your-car-from-sharing-your-sensitive-data-behind-your-back-483328/

@stefthepef I mean, yeah, that is literally the only way. And there's even more tracking and logging that isn't covered there (e.g. black box, some trucks may have fleet telematics but not enabled, 'third-party' scum like Google...)
