My mental health is just not great right now. It is impairing my ability to do literally anything. I am not in danger of self harm.

I am not thinking clearly. I am not making good choices. I am flailing around and am difficult to interact with. I am not following or retaining information.

I don't know what to do. Stupid trauma.
