So. On my walk back from collecting my repeat prescription. 1. Ex neighbour stops car for nice chat. 2. Lady in bright yellow car gives very cheery wave. Not sure if I know her but that’s irrelevant. 3. Big grin from our postman who passes by in his van. 4. Last but not least - three one of our neighbours chickens run up to say hello. Ok maybe they thought I had food but I’m taking it as an act of friendship. 5. Return home with aura of contentment.
