The picture shows Jean Sibelius, composer. His best-known composition is Finlandia hymn. In Finnish we write it Finlandia hymni. Here Sibelius supposedly jokes by changing the words and says Hymlandia finni. Finni in Finnish means acne or pimple. Hymlandia is just nonsense.
