@Kels_316 did you cover what to do when the kids are playing in the cricket nets and one kid takes a diving catch but a piece of broken wire from the chainlink mesh goes straight down the tip of his finger and you can see the end under the skin around the second knuckle?

It involves grabbing the groundskeeper and a pair of wire cutters, then calling the kid’s mum who is a nurse at the closest hospital to come and pick him up, yeah?

@Kels_316 I know, but it’s what actually happened. He came back to school a few days later after surgery, with the piece of wire in a specimen jar.

The 80’s were a wild time.

@jpm kid in my yr10 class went running to the school admin office to get first aid for some minor shit, running flat out pushed the door open by putting his hand through the glass window up to his elbow, then ripped it back out. Only problem was the wire mesh embedded in the glass basically degloved his forearm.
