Hey, I have an ex family member living in Ventura county, they're in low income housing and they're an IHSS caregiver.

But they're flat broke and I can't find any mutual aid groups to direct them to online. Does anyone have suggestions?

I was wrong, they don't have housing assistance. Both of them are section 8 eligible.

Does anyone have a guide for getting a Section 8 voucher? I did a web search but it is turning up nothing helpful.
