Muss man also die undurchsichtige App benutzen? Nein!

Menüpunkt "Kundenkonto", Unterpunkt "BahnCard", Unterpunkt "BahnCard verwalten": Bei der jeweiligen BahnCard findet sich ein unscheinbares "Ersatzdokument anzeigen", das eine PDF erzeugt. Diese PDF enthält einen 2D-Code und kann ausgedruckt und offline genutzt werden.

Ja, es entzieht sich meinem Verständnis, wieso man nicht bereits im übergeordneten "BahnCard"-Menüpunkt bei jeder BahnCard den entsprechenden 2D-Code anzeigt, sodass man auch mit einem herkömmlichen Browser mit Nutzerkonto ganz einfach den Code anzeigen könnte.

Unkenntnis über diese Möglichkeit? Unfähigkeit bei der Digitalisierung?
