A chuva é mesmo necessária. O que mais me incomoda nestes dias cinzentos é às quatro da tarde já precisar de ter a luz ligada e não poder caminhar. Estou mesmo a precisar a precisar de sol.

@patlourenco @Disputatore há mesmo, não sei se funcionam mas há quem jure que sim. Diz que as melhores são da Lumie, mas podes procurar por SAD lamps (seasonal afective disorder).
