Call me dumb and naive if you want, but seeing Tim Cook applaud Trump at his inauguration made me think of the Pride bands for the Apple Watch that I bought over the years and how fucking humiliating it feels to own those today.

@nileane I get the same concern, but is it at all possible Tim was playing a game to make sure he could have the felon’s ear ?

I don’t know the answer, and I’m sad Tim was there.

@jsbilsbrough @nileane Cook is gay, so I'm sure some consequences are on his mind. There is a certain amount of fear built into the DNA of Apple, being days from bankruptcy at one point. The hefty margins and enormous war chest are evidence of this. They feel the need to weather any storm.
