it is pretty funny that almost everyone trump pardoned has already served their jail sentence. basically the only people with more than a year left on their sentence were proud boys leadership and jessica watkins

if the office of the pardon attorney is to be believed, it’s possible literally no one qualified for pardons for sodomy charges while serving in the military that biden offered

i haven’t looked carefully enough to be sure, but i think this means that trump has pardoned more transgender people on day 1 than biden did in 4 years

this turns out to be untrue, technically. trump commuted the sentence for basically all the people still in jail, so technically jessica watkins didn’t get a pardon
