Am Dienstag, den 21.01.2025 findet um 10:30 Uhr am Amtsgericht Karlsruhe eine öffentliche Hauptverhandlung gegen einen #Radfahrer wegen #Nötigung statt. Er fuhr auf der westlichen Kriegsstraße in Karlsruhe so, dass er nicht überholt werden konnte. Bitte kommt zahlreich. Er würde sich über Unterstützung durch zahlreiche Zuhörende freuen.

Beschluss: Einstellung nach § 153a StPO unter der Auflage einer Spende in Höhe von umgerechnet ca. 6 Tagessätzen an die Verkehrswacht binnen 6 Monaten. Die Staatskasse trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens, der Angeklagte seinen notwendigen Auslagen.

Es war absehbar, dass die Aussagen der Zeugen belastend ausfallen werden.
