The coldest day of the year so far in #Montreal. It’s -18 C, God knows what with that north wind. Happy to see I’m not alone on my morning bike commute! A steady trickle of riders on this bike lane on a secondary road. ❄️🚲🧵

Hells ya, I'm a winter bike commuter! It's not for everyone. But I like the challenge, and working in that little bit of physical activity into my routine improves my mood when the days are short and cold.
