Zu der Konstruktion des Netzwerks gibt es unter Punkt 8 im Codebook eine Menge zusätzliche Details und grundlegende netzwerkanalytische Statistiken (Degree, In-Degree usw.): https://zenodo.org/records/14622341/files/CE-BFH_2025-01-14_Codebook.pdf?download=1

Ein genauere Auseinandersetzung mit dem Netzwerk im Kontext der Rechtsprechung des BFH habe ich noch nciht geschrieben, aber vllt kommt das irgendwann mal :)
