In light of this ICE news, I'm thinking about Anthony Bourdain, and his ten pieces of advice to young chefs about how succeed in the restaurant industry.
Step one was to prepare yourself to be fully committed to the role, to be ready to take orders, give orders when necessary and live with the outcome of those orders without complaint.
Step two was to learn Spanish.
