people are all "oh anyone can join fedi" and sometimes even "im not tech savvy and im here on fedi"
... but like... at least in the area where i live, a lot of people struggle to use Instagram...
"i installed bluesky but i forget to check it" is the level of capability/commitment we are working with; and this is among people who are actively upset with Meta.
we have to make things simpler, especially for folks with neurodivergent minds.
