Can't wait for the chromosome debate either. We live in a world where everything is what people prefer to believe, so it doesn't really matter, apart from the entertainment value by now. However the Y chromosome is a tad smaller than the X one, and appears to be shrinking further for reasons unknown, last I read, which could also be total baloney for all I know. I don't have a genetic researcher to interrogate.
