Wow, iPhones are fucking awful. How does anyone live with them? I hate this thing after less than a day and can't wait to save up for a replacement.

The only thing that makes me consider an iPhone is the camera. I'd rather just buy a separate digital camera.

That is actually on my mind at the moment now that my Samsung phone has downgraded my camera to next to useless for all its quality when I first bought it.

@Maker_of_Things Camera was the other deciding factor, because I figured one in an expensive phone was still cheaper than phone + decent digital camera (and easier to carry).

If you find a decent digital camera at a reasonable price, I'd like to know about it

I am looking for something that is compact, but has optical lenses rather than digital zoom, macro, wideangle, etc. that will fit in a pocket.

I already carry two phones so adding a camera pocket isn't going to bother me.

I just want to avoid an SLR type of camera bulk and weight.

I bought the phone as the camera was fantastic. It got worse with every update and now I can't even get a photo of the moon, or a pigeon on the grass opposite my house.

This is an example of how bad it got, for moon photos, over 4 years of updates.

@TheDonsieLass I've had one for about 3 years because people kept saying they were better and had better privacy features. I hate it and regret getting it. The functionality is so unintuitive that I still can't figure out how to do all sorts of things.
