Today I learned that I need to create a swap file, manually.
No wonder my programs were crashing like crazy, when I opened too many in my 4 GB RAM laptop 🫣

At least it was relatively easy to set up.

@KazuShuSora I won't swap-shame you, I had the exact same (and never encountered before or after) behaviour on a debian system.
Freshly installed, with auto partitionning. A few hours passes after I set it on prod... and crash. Reboot... a few hours... crash and again and again...
And after searching for a very long time, I noticed that the swap part/file was with the humble size of 0.
