Supposedly PBOT is replacing one block of Naito removable bollards (seen at 1:48 in attached video) with concrete "traffic separators" and this will mean a week-long detour for bike users (car lanes will presumably remain open, why can't you just merge?) It's like we understand that people on bikes don't want to mix with cars but fail to grasp the concept that bike users might have places to go or that fake protection shouldn't take forever to build.
