The PH police has arrested a suspected Chinese spy identified as Deng Yuanqing, a technical software engineer connected with the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). He was involved in espionage activities targeting military and police installations, as well as critical Philippine infrastructure using a GNSS RPK Global Navigation Satellite System, which is capable of generating 3D images of target structures.
