the equivalent would be like anytime anyone ever even thought about using a phone someone has to chime in & say "phones are cool BUT NO PHREAKING THAT'S ILLEGAL" or, "yeah, the web is cool BUT DON'T USE IT TO BUY DRUGS THAT'S ILLEGAL but sure, go have fun with your 'web'" #amateurradio
