While I love the Swedish Anecdote, & have read similar. FU Russia government! But while I'm still ½ Swedish imported in the1960s (🫀 you Mom).

It seems my fathers white American mothers was a little frisky. So, much of what I thought was German was actually Lindsay Clan, Scottish. In America.

I remember my grandmother, a bit, you go girl!

Was still raised German/Swedish American.
