The test stitch up of the brocade hoodie that I intend to put in the #ElfkinCollection trunk show is done! It’s going to require myriad revisions to finalize the pattern for the seamstresses, but even in its not-quite-there state and using a whatever fabric, I still love it. #sewing #fashion

@Brodyberg Me, too! But ooof, does the pattern need refining. Hem’s too short, lining’s too tight, the lapped zip needs to go, and the pockets need a complete revamp.

@Brodyberg Either the zip moves to the seam line and becomes exposed or I switch to another closure like snaps or frogs. Menswear needs more frog closures, right?
