Imagine you’re General Counsel at Apple. The law says you need to pull Tiktok from your app store. Then the executive branch says they aren’t going to enforce the law. What is your advice to the CEO?

@mkb and if you are Apple and you decide not to pull it, due to a combination of greed and a desire to not make trump angry, Trump now has another piece of leverage over you.

There is a loaded gun pointed right at you when he makes his next absurd request. ”Apple needs to pull Act Blue from the App Store” for example. And if you refuse, bam you’ve been in direct violation of the law for the last 60 days.

Its corrupt to the core.
