Curious when Trump will find out that if he wants to discuss trade he has to speak with Ursula van der Leyen because that's not the responsibility of the individual member states of the EU 🙂

He will seek to have bilateral talks anyway, because by doing so he can try to bully the individual nations' leadership. And many will be intimidated to talk or hope to curry a favor.

@osma that's not how it works, it's impossible for individual countries to make separate agreements on trade , unless they leave the EU
