One of my biggest annoyances is reissuing an API token, esp. for older projects.

So many sites have an unnecessarily complicated UI and don't allow you to see the scope of the old token, for example. This makes it difficult to recreate a new one with the same permissions. For many websites it is also not clear whether reissuing a new token automatically deletes the old one.
