Done with dremeling for today.

Did the last two of the 10 big cutouts done (minus filing finish).

Still need to do out 8 cutouts half the size of the big ones, tho…

And 14 even smaller ones for the rungs on the ladder, but most of the material for those I'll probably remove with a hole saw on a powerdrill.

I wonder what tool would actually make all this work halfway easy – a router table? :thaenkin:
