@Auxonic The fear of capital being taxed only slightly less favourably, and only after realizing like 5X the median Canadian income in a single year, than labour really seems to have broken some people.

@dairpo it’s wild. When you try to explain these monstrous tax exemptions to people not rich enough to have even heard of them they often don’t even beleive it’s real. Heck even the exemption on primary residences should probably be removed if we want to put some pressure on property values
