if you, like me, feel overwhelmed by everything that is going on, wherever you look, be it #political in #US or in your country (if your country is the US, then you're kinda lucky, getting one hit instead of two, I guess), or #economical or environmental. I'd just propose to take some time off, listen to #music, watch an old kids cartoon series or something. force yourself to disconnect, recharge, then come back. this shit is not going anywhere anytime soon
