@kkarhan Never. REFORGER Was always based on an unequal power relationship and you can't expect the imperial core to be subject to the same rules as the periphery.

@threetails @kkarhan there is already CSDP (Common Security and Defence Policy), EUMC (European Union Military Committe) and even EUMS (European Union Military Staff). Even if NATO completely collapses there is no need to form anything new, all that got sorted out in the 90s and 2000s.
