But yeah, most of my art is very fine ink patterns and doodles. I've done some head-and-shoulders portraits that came out really well, but I've never spent any time seriously practicing figure drawing. I think that it would really have a benefit!

Honestly learning the technique behind how something you've been doing actually works can be fascinating!
I've never done figure drawing, but after learning perspective in CAD, taking a photo class on odd-perspectives was really helpful. Also the human eye-brain connection is just weird.
