I've finally taken the time to try making my own enzyme-powered oat milk, aka ran out of milk and was too unorganised to go/send s.o to the store before it closed.
@HeatherInNZ I'm happy to report that the milk turned out quite well. Didn't fool my youngest who has a very sensitive palate (even though I cheekily filled it into the store-bought bottle to avoid bias 😉) but my other kid liked it. May need to add oil and lecithin to make it froth though.
