I want to get into this game so much, but the only available tutorial is three hours of YouTube videos and that just does not work for my brain

I am aware that I should probably be counting my blessings that the tutorials are not presented as TikToks that also require learning a dance

@jalefkowit@vmst.io huh, oddly, I think I'd totally be into creating tutorials for 80s/90s early PC games via elaborate cultural rituals.

@jalefkowit@vmst.io Choreographing a dance would be absolutely appropriate for some of those games that would be best served by a ten-keyboard setup (or ones that require an assload of chording or have complex modal UIs that require sequences of key presses + clicks that are 4 steps or longer).

@jalefkowit
I know, I know! This game looks so much like a worthy spirtual successor to all the golden era MicroProse simulations (F15-Strike Eagle, Silent Service, Gunship, Falcon 3.) etc.), remember the ones with 200+ page manuals?
But the learning curve looks steep. Or maybe I just don't have the patience to read a 200 page technical manual like I did when I was in grade 7.
