@dsalo @jessamyn @libcolleen the first set of plans for the renovation of my school's main library contained a completely inaccessible set of bleacher style stairs and seating between the main floor and the mezzanine overlooking it.
Libraries (all public institutions) need to respond to designs like this by firing the architects, suing them to recover any costs already billed, and putting the project back out to tender.
