I'm in Texas and last week, IIRC Gov. Abbott was saying that today the flags should be at full height because of the inauguration. I hope all the businesses and government buildings who've kept them at half-mast will continue to do so today. I'm sure the businesses with DT flags hanging from theirs will comply, though. My middle finger gets twitchy driving by those places, I admit.
