It's pretty clear that the fascist in chief won't let such silly things as legality or precedent stop him.

Llike with tiktok: he prepared an executive order to undo the bipartisan law even though a president can't do that, and then Tiktok opened up again without even the executive order materializing, and it's reported as if it's the way it was meant to work.
