I'm being told by a text message coming from a country whose country code is +63 that I need to pay my toll for access to the fast lanes when traveling in cars I own. There's so much wrong with this that I'm not even going to address it. But, my real question is whether people actually fall for this shit.

@ppatel LOL I think that's the Philippines. I've gotten a lot of weird shit from that country code lately. I'd be shocked if people fell for this shit, but people must be. Otherwise, why would they be doing it? Or is it just AI bots spewing garbage around hoping someone will?
