@violetblue @alxndr Phew--Sorry for the delay. After a lengthy chit chat with a lowly paralegal; I have a question. Is there a way to verify you're the only rights-holder for the book? Apparently it'll be fine to share if you are but if there's a publisher involved, it's not :(

Protip: If you want the .epub use Pandoc to convert the kindle version or digitpub etc.

pandoc kindleVersionFileName.kfx -o NewFileNameWhateverYouWant.epub

@zoozoo @alxndr I'm the author and the publisher. I filed the copyright and my name holds a federal trademark, all in the book's frontmatter. The fonts are open license/free for commercial use, and I designed the cover based on art I hold the rights to. Does that help?
