A new report brings to light two more people who have been wrongfully arrested and jailed thanks to police use of face recognition technology. @eff This is a vitally important issue, fraught with problems that are allowed to perpetuate without a data owner's bill of rights in this country. Without a sound foundation, Americans will continue to be exploited by profiteers and the politicians paid to leave this matter languish.
