@afif I’m skeptical because I don’t believe the Chinese government will allow the US to own half of TikTok but I really don’t know because for me this is uncharted territory. What sort of stock will they own? Will existing shareholders sell? How much will the US government offer, what parts of TikTok would they get in return? How will US data operate with international data? Will ByteDance issue new stocks? What will the USG do with its own social network? Will Trump force a deal involving TruthSocial? So many questions
