Full disclosure: I joined the Green Party before they elected Annamie Paul. I voted for Lascaris. Never have I regretted an electoral decision more (though I did have the pleasure of telling him so)

Most recently I have been a member of the NDP. Not sure that I am eligible to be a Liberal Party member.

But the main thing stopping me at this point would be the record of the past 10 years where they reneged on essentially every mildly left-leaning policy and have been supporters of Israel during a genocide.

Canada does not have INTERIM Prime Ministers. We just have Prime Ministers. The requirement to be PM is to be asked by the GG and have the confidence of the House of Commons.
