🇺🇸Americans — do I have this right? ⬇️

Your elected representatives can pass a law, which your Supreme Court upholds…

Then your President can just somehow “override” all that, for any reason, at his whim?

Is that actually how your system works down there?

@az The law does have a provision that authorizes the president to grant up to 90-days grace period so we will see what happens after that. As of this point, it doesn't look like he will be violating the law by sidestepping it. @tod
