@jessie I do not consider the almond business in this too be any kind of cheese replacement - isn't intended to be, isn't trying to be. It's just called that because people expect cheese in a spinach borek. This recipe is really straightforward and you can do it a bit at a time, without any kind if rush. And, it's lovely.

@jessie I use the Jusrol filo pastry, and use two shhets for each roll. Depending on how big you make it, you'll want two boxes 👍
