If the left tells the truth, they never ever thought of, you know, following the truth!

Left: our policies will make you better off, and here's a study showing it.

Right: Oh no, let's make up some fake study to show right wing policies are going to make us better off so this way we end up worse off.

This reminds a true story I've read years ago:

Pilot and copilot. Copilot bet a small amount of money the pilot can't land blindfolded on instrument. Pilot took up the challenge. They crashed. The copilot won the bet, but he's dead.

That's what the right wingers are doing.
