If Ottawa is going to give me federal government bucks and Queen’s Park is going to give me provincial government bucks, is Toronto going to give me city government bucks?

What do I do with the government bucks that aren’t tied to anything (like climate crisis de-escalation)? Can I give them back to the governments in question so that they can do normal things like fund infrastructure and services?

Did we ever get a straight answer about where the 200 dollars that Ontarians are getting is coming from in the provincial budget? The government borrowed to pay for it, right?
