My mom just reprimanded me for using oven ready cannelloni shells. Imagine when she finds out I've "improved" her recipe by using ginger in the filling 🫣

@kristiana Let’s put it this way: she’s not Italian, but I still fear stepping into her kitchen back at home. Long wooden spoons were basically her instrument of "correction" when I was a kid 😂
