Pretty sure corporate lawyers are also going to interpret the “if you distribute TikTok you’ll get nuked to glass with fines” clause as applying to CDNs, data centres, and other hosting services. What are the odds that it’s phrased vaguely enough for it to be applicable to VPNs if you squint hard enough?
